ASP 4600-M PROVIDES BOTH STATIC
AND PHYSICAL SHOCK PROTECTION
ASP 4600-M, a permanent antistatic
cushioning material, is made of low density polyethylene containing an
internal antistat, implanted in the polymer matrix. It exhibits
excellent cushioning properties due to the regular dense air bubbles,
trapped between two layers of antistatic polyethylene film.
ASP 4600-M offers a variety of advantages :-

cushioning properties.

Permanent antistatic
protection, meeting the electrostatic requirements of Mil-B-81705C*,
because of a large reservoir of antistats within the bulk of the
material.

It is non-corrosive and
therefore will not electrolytically corrode or affect solderability of
metals. Because it is transparent, your product can be visually
identified when placed in a bag made of ASP 4600-M. The high-bulk void
filling capability of ASP 4600-M prevents in-box movement during
shipment.

ASP 4600-M, is light weight,
versatile and easy to use. It can be sliced, heat-sealed, taped and
laminated.

ASP 4600-M is available in
rolls, sheets, bags and cut pieces. It can also be custom ordered to
the required size and specification.

For added strength, ASP
4600-ML, containing an additional laminated layer of antistatic
polyethylene is available. ASP 4600-M is pink in colour and is
available in three different bubble sizes.
